The use and operation of the REPELR personal alarm is at the discretion of the user, and cannot be relied on solely to gaurantee personal safety. As always, your safety is up to you: inform yourself, take the necessary precautions, and stay aware.
Defense Lab cannot be held liable for any failure to prevent and/or end voilent or other confrontations.
Unfortunately “safe” is not possible because, by their very nature, violent criminals are violent, so one is occasionally forced to measure success by surviving an attack, not in avoiding all harm.
